ELLME'24 Registration

Registration procedure

Registration is managed by Conecta13 conference service. We have prepared a 5-step online form to guide you through this process. Click on the following link to start your registration.

STEP 1. An online form will open and you will be ask to provide information and proof of your condition as reduced price participant or teacher pass, if this is the case.

STEP 2. Payment can be made through bank transfer to the bank account detailed in the form. If you require PayPal please contact the conference secretarait at administracion@conecta13.com . Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with the payment. Please note that all registrations need to be made before 30th June 2024. Make sure you clearly state in the transference reference “ELLME2024 and participants’ FULL NAME”. Bank transfer charges are at participants’ own expense and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. If you have any problem with the payment, please contact conference secretarait at administracion@conecta13.com

STEP 3. Continue with your registration online form uploading proof of payment. 

STEP 4. If you require an invoice, you can include invoicing detail in the registration form.

STEP 5. You are now registered for ELLME2024. You can print proof of registration in this confirmation step.

(1) Conference speakers are those participants presenting an accepted paper (max. 2 papers). All co-speakers are to be registered. Please note that non-registered authors will not receive a certificate of participation. Fee gives access to the whole academic programme and the possibility of participating in a monographic volume or special issue (peer-reviewed)  with an extended version of your research will be offered. See publications options. Please note that Conference dinner is optional so it is not included and will be paid separately.

(2) Those only attending the conference (not presenting in the academic programme) or those presenting but with a reduced price such as low income countries (as listed by the UN here), fully retired scholars, and PhD students. In the registration form you need to include official proof of your condition. Please note that Conference dinner is optional so it is not included and will be paid separately.

(3) Teachers Pass: if you are a teacher and you want to have fully access to our special Teachers' Day on Friday 6th September, including exhibitions, available meals and certification of 10 training hours, select this option. Please note that Conference dinner is optional so it is not included and will be paid separately.

(4)  Conference Dinner will be held on Thursday 5th Sept. 2024 evening in a unique setting in front of the Alhambra  at open-air. A special musical accompaniment will be offered. Please note that if you wish to be accompanied by someone to this social event you need to register this person for the dinner and pay at the time of your online registration.

Cancellation policy

All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to ellmenetwork@gmail.com

• Until May 31st, 2024: Full refund (registration and dinner) minus 50€ administration fee and bank transfer fees.

• From May 31st, 2024 or non-attendance: No refund.
