Information for Speakers

Plenary talks

Each plenary talk will be scheduled for 60 minutes – this includes 50 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.

Papers in regular and thematic sessions

Oral presentations will be allotted 15 minutes presentation time and 5 minutes discussion time.

​Poster presentations should be set to A0 size or smaller. In particular, the requested size is  0.8m (Width) x 1.2m (Height). Suggested weight for A0 per square meter: 140gr for plotter paper; 175 gr for photographic paper. Poster adhesive strips will be provided by the organizers.

Workshops

Workshops will be allotted 1 hour including discussion time.
